Our photos may not accurately depict the item in its current condition, and photos with multiple items may not have the exact same items. We try to keep our photos current, but our rental stock can vary. There could be more items or less available, and there could be similar items substituted. We’ll let you know what is available once you have submitted your Set List Request.

Yes! Please let us know your timeline, and we will try our best to accommodate you. Items can be held for a max. of 10 business days.

Yes! Please make a note of the specific item(s) you would like to rent in the message area of our Set List Form after you have submitted your Set List Request.

Rental items may not be modified in any way without prior permission from VIP. Any items altered without authorization will be subject to repair costs (inc. labour) or total replacement costs.

You will be billed for the total replacement cost.

Please return the damaged rental item(s); we will assess if the item(s) can be repaired or not. If they can be repaired, you will be charged for the repair costs (inc. labour); if they cannot be repaired, you will be billed for the total replacement cost. Please do not repair your damages. Self-repaired items will be subject to higher repair costs.
